The Yo‑Yo POD® 2-Seater / HALFBACK offers a unique blend of acoustic comfort and visual openness, making it ideal for agile workspaces. Designed to be fully mobile, it allows quick reconfiguration while maintaining a lighter, more open feel. Built in the UK using sustainable materials, it supports flexible layouts and evolving workplace needs.
Designed to be “best in class” the Yo-Yo POD® moves around easily, dynamically, and safely with total lock system. The precision ball bearing and swivel head delivers industrial strength and load bearing of 520 KG. The wheel housing is made of Polyamide and the tyre is non-marking.
Battery Power
For optimal mobility, the entire Yo-Yo POD® unit can be self-battery powered. The Bachman MOV:E battery power provision solution provides a full charge life: Min. 8-10 hours Max. 2-3 days. This is an additional option.
Roof Lighting
Sensor controlled LED lighting turns on as someone enters the Yo-Yo POD®. Light turns off automatically 15 minutes after the the pod has been vacated. This is an additional option.
Desk Power
2 x plug pin with both USB-A and USB-C power solution can be mounted on table for excellent power provision. This is an additional option.
Seat Storage (Battery & Seat Power)
Seat tops are easily removable to access generous storage compartment below. Power supply feeds in and out of one Seat Storage unit. A power lead feeds through a hole in the base frame so battery can be charged from the mains directly from the Pod. Also a 2 x plug pin with both USB-A and USB-C power solution can be integrated below seat for excellent power provision as an additional option.
Acoustics and Fabric
Yo-Yo POD® is available in a wide variety of fabrics and colours. Our standard fabric options are made from 100% recycled materials, but we can also match custom fabric needs. The fabric is wrapped over an acoustic padding layer to reduce surround sound by as much as 65 dB – delivering a quiet and calm work environment.
