Yes. Please make sure the area is clear and accessible before our team arrives so the installation can be completed smoothly.

Yes. We remove all packaging and installation waste — leaving your workspace clean and ready to use.

If you buy a monitor arm with your desk, our installers will fit it for you. For safety and insurance reasons, they can’t fit monitors or IT equipment.

Yes - as long as access is arranged and you’ve given clear setup instructions; we’ll complete the installation even if you’re not present.

Yes. We offer a Dismantle and Disposal Service if you need your old desk removed or recycled. Contact us for pricing and to book this option.

We can dismantle, move, and reassemble your desk at your new address — often the same day. Let us know your moving dates, and we’ll take care of the rest.

If your desk isn’t moving as expected or shows an error message, our Technical Team is here to help. In most cases, issues can be resolved quickly with a simple reset or adjustment - no engineer visit required.
